HOW TO CUSTOMIZE
STEP 1 .Inquiry
Please send us your artworks to: firstname.lastname@example.org, JPG, PDF & AI. and include as much information as you can about size, color, materials (rhinestones, rhinestud, glitter, sequin, etc.) and quantity.
STEP 3. Confirmation
Confirm the layout and unit price, contact us if any revisions or questions.
STEP 4. Payment & Production
Once the final layout and price are approved, an invoice will be sent to you for order confirmation and payment. After the payment is made, production begins and no changes are permitted.
STEP 5. Delivery
All orders are shipped by UPS, DHL, or FedEx, either using your shipping account or ours. Tracking number will be sent once the goods are shipped. Delivery normally takes 1 to 2 business days.
