Q1): How can I place a custom order?

Please provide following information:

1 Picture/logo or art work in either AI (Adobe Illustrator ), EPS, JEPG or PDF format.

 

2 Maximum size you want. Either width or height.

 

3 The quantity of order.

 

4 Company name and contact detail.

 

5 After receiving all the above information, we will email you the layout and quotation within

24 hours (normal working day)

Q2) MOQ – What is the minimum order for stock design and custom design?

MOQ: 24 PCS per design for custom design and 6 pcs for stock design.

Q3) Do you provide sample(s) for the custom design before ordering?

Yes, we will email you the virtual image for approval free of charge. If you need actual sample(s), the cost is $10.00 refundable template fee (after reaching min. order), plus sample cost & shipping cost .

 

Q4) What is the lead time?

Lead time: 24 hours for layout & quotation. Delivery in 5-7 working days after layout approval.

 

Q5) Is there any setup charge or art work fee for custom design?

There is NO SETUP charge or art work fee for custom design.

 

Q6) What is the delivery cost?

Your order will ship to you directly from our factory in Hangzhou, China by either UPS, FedEX or DHL.

The minimum cost for shipping is about $21.00

 

Q7) How do I pay for my order?

PAYMENT TERMS: We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Check or wire transfers.

After receiving your payment, we will begin production.
